Who we are

JurneeGo Inc. operates this website. Contact hello@jurneego.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or write to 4547 NE 30th Ave., Portland, OR 97211, United States.

Scope

This notice covers jurneego.ai, website inquiries, and adult access requests. The separate learning application, prototype, and school services require their own applicable notices and agreements. A website request does not create an account or provide parental consent.

What we collect and why

Access requests collect your adult name, email, and role (Parent, Teacher, or School), plus optional school or organisation for teachers and schools. We store the source page, submission reference, receipt ID, time, notice version, and notification status to process requests reliably, prevent duplicates, and contact you about availability and onboarding.

Other website forms and emails provide the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please do not include children's personal information, sensitive records, or passwords. Requesting access does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.

Hosting and security services process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Access-request rate limits use keyed hashes of an IP address or email rather than storing raw IP addresses in request records. Rate-limit counters expire within two days, with a possible short delay before automatic removal.

Cookies, analytics, and demonstrations

Optional website analytics are disabled. The website does not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Analytics were previously used on some pages; removing them does not automatically delete cookies from earlier visits. You can remove old cookies through your browser settings.

The core-page demonstrations are scripted illustrations. They do not connect to child records or send interactions to an AI model. Some older pages load Google fonts; Google receives the technical information needed to serve those files.

Providers and recipients

Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts and delivers the website, processes and stores access requests, and sends notifications. Authorized JurneeGo personnel review requests to respond. Access-request emails to hello@jurneego.ai contain a receipt reference, role, and source page; your submitted contact fields remain in restricted request storage. Other inquiry forms may send your submitted information to our team by email.

We may disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims, subject to applicable law. External linked services have their own notices.

Processing locations

Access requests are stored in AWS's Singapore region. Content delivery, email services, and authorized personnel may process information elsewhere, including the United States. A hosting region does not mean all website information stays in that country. Contact us for questions about processing locations and applicable safeguards.

Retention

Unconverted access requests are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission. AWS automatic deletion can take a few additional days. If you join a pilot or become a customer, the applicable service notice and agreement will describe records needed for that relationship.

Receipt-only notifications do not contain submitted contact fields. Correspondence and other inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, or meet applicable legal requirements. A specific legal dispute or security investigation may require relevant records to be kept longer. Contact us to request earlier deletion where applicable.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without submitting a request. Without required contact details we cannot process an access request. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to uses of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.

Email hello@jurneego.ai to exercise your rights. We may request proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Rights may have legal exceptions. We process inquiries to pursue our legitimate interest in responding and managing website requests; processing may also be necessary for steps you request before entering a contract or to meet legal obligations, where applicable.

Children and security

Access-request channels are for adults. Please do not submit information about a child. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate. These channels do not replace parental consent, school authorization, or notices required for a child-facing service.

Request storage uses restricted AWS access and encryption. We use server-side validation, duplicate controls, and rate limits. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We will update this notice when website practices change and revise its date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing.
